We hope you will reconsider your decision to withdraw, but we understand that plans sometimes change.
To stop your child’s enrollment, you must complete the online Withdrawal Submission Form below.
The form must be submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month you want your child’s enrollment to end.
Example: To end enrollment on March 31 and avoid being charged on April 1, submit the form between March 1 and March 15.
Forms submitted after the 15th will not stop the following month’s tuition charge.
